SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies for the community.

SASSA is going to be rendering solutions which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency mentioned it is actually alarmed regarding the higher range of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The purpose of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out click here to the superior range of clients/beneficiaries to access sassa SASSA services.

“This is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no fully functional office devoted to service the area daily. The provider stage created for intervention ordeals a substantial influx of opportunity beneficiaries, which makes it difficult for that office to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional sources to help the servicing of all buyers and improve usage of Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
